How long does it take to process my order? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What types of tabletop alarm clocks do you sell? We offer a variety of bedside and desk alarm clocks including digital alarm clocks, analog clocks, clocks with night lights, rechargeable models, loud alarm clocks, minimalist designs, and more. All are carefully selected for quality, reliability, and stylish appearance.
Are your alarm clocks loud enough for heavy sleepers? Yes. Many of our models feature loud, adjustable alarms specifically designed for deep sleepers. You can check the product description for volume details.
Can I cancel or modify my order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually cancel or make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer warranty on your alarm clocks? Most of our tabletop alarm clocks come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details.
